This farming estate sits in a fantastic panorama position and consists of a Casa Colonica of 500 m² of living and usable surface area and 3 annexes. It is located in an area with good transport links, near a small town in the Chianti region and with absolute peace and quiet. The villa of the estate was bombed during the 2nd world war and only a small section remains. It would be in all likelihood possible to submit for a rebuilding permit to rebuild with the former surface area. There are original pictures of the villa with the adjoining Rustico which document the size and original dimensions of the house.
