Exceptionally well situated Dammuso with dependence sitting in one of the nicest areas of the island of Pantelleria with private beach access. The property consists of 2 Dammusi, one main Dammuso and a somewhat smaller, independent and removed Dammuso. Together these two buildings, typical for the region, offer a living and usable surface area of about 150 m². A large panorama terrace facing the ocean runs along the entire length of the Dammuso.

Distribution:
The entrance area consists of a large covered patio, with typical arches, from which one can view the ocean. In the summer, the arches are open and make the patio the ideal place to enjoy breakfast under the sun of "Africa" or to take in the fresh ocean winds in the evenings. In the winter months, the arches are closed with glass panelling. This typical regional style living-dining area has large barrel formed window fronts offering wonderful views of the ocean. Adjacent to the patio is a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher etc. There is also a tastefully furnished living area as well as a bathroom with shower.

From the living room, via a small passage with thick walls, one can reached one of the bedrooms with private bathroom with shower and independent exit. From this exit one can access the outdoor bathroom.
