The approx. 9 ha of land are divided into approx. 1.9 ha of vineyards, approx. 4.5 ha of olive trees and garden. At present, the grape types Chianti Classico DOCG and IGT Toscano Rosso are being grown. The special condition of the soil promotes wine-growing in this area. The olive grove has approx. 400 olive trees.
