In the cellar is a continuous-flow gas heater with separate heating cycles for the main house and the adjacent apartment.

Miscellaneous:
This country house was built in 1769 and continuously expanded over the years. In 2004 the house was fully renovated. It sits above a very nice medieval village boasting a 1000 year old castle. The Rustico is centrally location despite its secluded position. A stream flows by below the house, at the edge of the property. The nearby panorama street leads to the Monte Serra and by good weather condition one has a wonderful view all the way to Corsica.
There many possibilities to hike due to the many hiking trails nearby. An expansion of the property and the construction of a swimming pool would not pose a problem.
