Half of a renovated antique rustico in the heart of a famous vineyard known for its excellent wine. The vineyard sits at the southern border of the renowned Chianti Classico region. The estate shares the vineyard courtyard with the medieval castle. In the 16th century, the castle was transformed into a villa and is today the seat of the Vineyard. The rustico offers unforgettable panorama views of the castles of the Chianti and of the surrounding hills around the river Arbia. The rustico half being sold comprises 2 floors and was recently fully restored while maintaining the original character of the building. Both floors can be used as fully independent apartments.
